KUCHING: The recent government initiative to allow civil servants to take on second jobs to supplement their income in view of the rising cost of living does not go down well with many city residents.
Apparently, while it seems fair that civil servants are given the opportunity to earn extra income, many members of the public here interviewed by The Borneo Post yesterday did not feel the same way.
